Resurrection of a donkey
Ibn Abi Dunia narrates in his book,
“ a ’asha ba’adal m auf that Shaabi said that,
a group of people came from Yemen from Jihad. One of their donkeys got tired so they forced it to move but it was not able to, it then fell down and died.
He stood and made ablution and prayed then said:
Allah, I came from Dafina fighting in your name, I worship you and I bear witness that you
resurrect the dead. I am asking you to resurrect my donkey.
He stood beside the donkey and it rose and started moving

Miracles that occurred when Halima AlSaadia was breast-feeding the Prophet (P.B.U.H.)
Ibn Ishaq relates that Halima Bint AlHarithy said:
I went to Mecca with a group of women from the tribe of Sa’ad, in search of children to breastfeed in a year of stiff starvation. We could not sleep at night because of the loud voices of babies crying for milk and I did not have milk to feed them. No one would accept the Prophet (P.B.U.H.), because he was an orphan.
They would say: We expect good (something in return) from the father.
By Allah all the women I came with managed to get a child to breastfeed except me and there was none left but him (Prophet).
I said to my husband Al-Harithy Ibn Ishaq: I swear I hate to go back with my friends without a baby to breastfeed so we went and took the orphan (Prophet).
Al-Harithy said:
Take him. You never know what blessing Allah might bestow upon us because of him.
After we reached home, I noticed that my breasts were full of milk. I breastfed the infant together with his brother, until they were satisfied. When my husband went to milk the animals, he found them with plenty of milk.
What a blessed night it was. Allah blessed us in so my ways ever since we took the orphan. Two years later, the two boys had grown.
We took him back, the orphan’s mother asked me to stay with him one extra year. After two or three months so had passed, the orphan and his brother (through breast feeding), were playing behind the
house. His brother came to me horrified and said:
I saw two men with white clothes opening the chest of my Qurashi child.
We were perturbed bywhat happened, we returned the child to his mother.
When we narrated the story to the child’s’ mother, she told us that when she was pregnant, she dreamt that she gave birth to a bright shining light that by it, the castles of Sham (Syria and Jordan) shone too.
When she gave birth him, while in her hands, he raised his head to the skies, something ordinary babies cannot do…

Raising a young man from death
Ibn Abu Dunia relates that Anas Ibn Malik (R.A.) said:
A young man from the tribe of AlAnsar died; we closed his eyes and covered him with a clothe. A man among us suggested that we should inform the mother about his death. We agreed upon the suggestion.
When the mother came, she raised her hands towards the sky and said:
O Allah ! I believe in you, I migrated to (Medina) your Prophet (P.B.U.H.), whenever I have difficulties I always turn to you and you sort them out, so I ask you O Allah do not let such a calamity befall me today.
He said: The boy removed the clothe from his face and stood up.
